Bought this for our extended family photo. My daughter is 4 1/2 & 42’ & bought a 4t. Fits perfectly and she loved how it twirled! She also wore the ivory footless tights underneath. Her cousin wore the rainbow autumn jumper & it complimented perfectly! We LOVE this company & their products.
