Fire halts orders
So, kinda of a crazy start to the holiday weekend. We expected orders to be a little slower than usual, but when Mark and I noticed that there hadn't been a single order since last evening, we thought something may be up. Then, after receiving an order by phone, I realized that we were unable to process credit cards. Turns out a fire in Seattle has taken down Authorize.net completely! The payment gateway is the system that actually processed the cards when customers complete a purchase on our website.
