I would size up. We ordered 3 to 6 and it fits like a 0 to 3, so a little disappointed it won't make it through football season.My granddaughter looks precious in her football bodysuit! Since her Mom pulls for Texas and her Daddy pulls for Alabama this is the perfect compromise for Saturday college games!!!Our little is 10 months and weighs 27 pounds so we sized to the 18-24 month and worked out sooooo good!
